Dinner! Homemade whole grain dumplings (scant 2/3cup whole wheat organic pastry flour, one egg + one egg white, baking powder) with broccoli.

Lunch was a whole grain wrap with arugula, spinach, grilled chicken, dried cherries, and GoAT CHeESE! Goat cheese is amazing. I didn’t eat the carrots tho cause I was too full. But nmm goat cheese.

Made myself a delicious salad for lunch. Tons of arugula and spinach topped with raisins, slivered almonds, grilled lemon pepper chicken, and some feta. :) and apples!

Dinner: evol burrito (whole grain wrap filled with brown rice, black beans, corn, and peppers) topped with salsa, plus some broccoli! Also, I’ve had a total of 5 veggies today and 1 fruit… Not too shabby :)
